Holiday Itinerary

Get more from your city break in the fascinating city of Barcelona and discover the secrets of one of Spain’s most famous culinary traditions – tapas.

This cooking class is designed to showcase the very best of Spain’s tapas cuisine from the traditional, to the avant-garde to the Catalan favourites; you’ll learn the secrets behind creating authentic, mouth watering tapas to impress friends back home.

Set right on the ramblas, this cookery school boasts professional chefs, hands on tuition and even their own private label reserve so the wine is as good as the locally sourced, and often organic ingredients that go into creating the dishes.

You’ll learn to prepare 5 tapas dishes; which ones depends on the season as ingredients are chosen according to what’s in season. After the class, sit down with a glass of excellent wine and enjoy the fruits of your labour, overlooking Catalan’s most famous and fascinating city.
